Kadaï is Tamil for “shop”.
It’s also the name of our sales booth of artisan products from India and unique lace- and embroided works from Mulagumoodu. These gorgeous pieces are made at the ICM Lace- and knitting school, which is managed by Sister Maria Sterckx (“Zusters van de Jacht” or “Sisters of the Hunt” – Heverlee, Belgium).
Several kinds of gift cards, batiks and other gifts are imported straight from India.
To expand its selection even further, Ananda uses products from Fair Trade, Begium.
In our Kadaï-store you’ll be able to find many artisan products that are most suited as a gift to your friends or relatives.
Don’t hesitate to contact us to be present with our sales booth at an activity organized by your association, organization or school.
We bring to your attention that our presence is not limited solely to our sales booth. Videos of our projects and a photo exhibit will be showcased continuously to create awareness of the efforts made by Ananda vzw.
The net profits of Kadaï go entirely to support our projects.
